US SHIPPING & HANDLING
Most orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days, often sooner. Orders that come in over the weekend, and/or include custom, or temporarily out-of-stock items, may be slightly delayed. Standard domestic orders are shipped via UPS or U.S. Mail, and are delivered within approximately 2-5 business days depending on your chosen shipping service.

Please note: UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Military Bases.
INTERNATIONAL/WORLD (*INCLUDING CANADA)
USPS International Delay Notice
We have been experiencing extended transit times on USPS international packages, regardless of the service. These processing delays are unfortunately outside of our control. In most cases, the package is delivered successfully, however they may be delayed 2 to 3 weeks. If you have concerns about the delay of your USPS international package, please contact us.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
• Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package arrives in your country.
• Ben Orson Leather ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. • We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any confiscations by customs. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US.
• Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.
• For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE: Items that may have been damaged in transit, or defective when received, can be returned for store credit or replacement. Please contact us immediately within 5 days of having received the damaged/defective item so we may issue you a return authorization and shipping label.
Exchanges: Please contact us within 30 days of having received your shipment so we may provide you with a return authorization number. We will gladly accommodate a size exchange for items that do not pose a potential health risk.
Note: New shipping charges will be billed to the original credit card used on all exchanges unless the exchange resulted from our error.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out so we can address the issue. That said, we also must point out that we are a small business on very tight margins.
We cannot survive being taken advantage of by unscrupulous souls who are trying to get something for nothing. Unless you are trying for a crusty cum patina.
